By pressing the "send" button of the appropriate form, the User expressly agrees to allow use of his or her data to send commercial communications by electronic mail or any other means. Nevertheless, the User can oppose sending of such communications by checking the box included in each of the forms for such purposes. Moreover, each of the commercial communications sent shall expressly inform of the procedure to oppose sending of commercial communications.

The Users are informed of and grant their consent to inclusion of their data in the files of SAN SIMÓN, DUCH & CO for performance of the services agreed on, as well as any services that may be agreed on in the future. Users are also informed that the information provided can be transferred to Public Registries, Notary Publics, Solicitors and Public Administrations, all of which are related to the professional assignment involved.
